At Karavan.cn, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We employ a comprehensive logistics system under which it has partnerships with many world-leading international shipping companies including DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, TNT, TOLL, SF Express, CAINIAO, ePacket and so on, to offer a fast and convenient door to door delivery to more than 200 countries.
However, because of inventory, shipping, and matters outside of our control, our statements as to usual shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please contact us for more information. At a minimum, we expect that all in stock orders will be shipped in 30 working days.
We ship both from our central warehouse and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. If your order is unavailable in our central warehouse, we may ship from one of our distributor or manufacturer partners to provide you with the best availability possible. When the product is shipped from these different locations cut off times may vary, and your chosen shipping method may not be available. We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system-our efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! We offer a wide variety of shipping options and special deliveries.
Please review our shipping introduction, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or be constrained on our shipping options. For more details or special shipping requirements, please contact us directly.
DELIVERY & LOGISTICS FAQS
1. Why can't I select my desired courier/free shipping for my country?
Karavan.cn is committed to providing high quality logistics services to customers. However, there are few alternative shipping methods and the shipping cost is high in some regions or countries. In order to ensure your logistics service experience with us, some shipping methods/free shipping service are not available in some regions or countries at this moment.
Please rest assured that we will continue to do our best to find more better shipping methods and ensure that you can enjoy more alternative shipping methods and more countries can enjoy the free shipping service in the nearest future.
2. Need my order urgently. Can I select express shipping?
Of course, you can choose your preferred delivery method on the checkout page of your order, but you may have to pay a higher freight rate for choosing express shipping.
Please note that orders delivered by express service have a higher possibility of Customs problems. Please contact your local Customs for tax payment if needed.
3. Can you ship to my country/Region?
We can ship our products to almost every country and can offer a free shipping service for most of them.
Countries/Regions we currently do not ship to: Taiwan (China), North Korea (DPRK), Cuba, South Sudan, Yemen, Ukraine, Crimea, and Syria.
4. When will it be delivered? Possible causes for non-delivery?
After your successful payment, we will ship the goods within 3-5 working days. Delivery time may be extended because of holidays, natural disasters, etc, or if the products are out of stock.
Please contact our customer service if needed, and we will go all out to help you to solve the problem.
5. How to modify my personal information after ordering?
In order to ensure the successful delivery, it is recommended that you contact us to modify your personal information such as address and phone number before the package is shipped.
If the package is shipped, please contact us within 1-2 working days to confirm the modification.
DELAYS IN PERFORMANCE
Any delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Karavan.cn shall not be liable for delivery delays, nor shall be liable for any delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of nature, acts of government, labor disputes, delays in transportation and delays in delivery or inability of suppliers to deliver. Special statement, package delay caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control), is not within the scope of our responsibility.
When the package is delayed, the tracking information will be in a certain node for a period of time, and the tracking information will not be updated until the package reaches the next transportation node. If your package is delayed, please deal with the following process:

Check the tracking information of the package.

Confirm whether the delivery time is on weekends or major holidays.

Confirm whether you have received the emails notifying delay from us.

Confirm whether your address and phone information are accurate.
SHIPPING, PACKAGING, HANDING & INSURANCE
You agree to pay all shipping, packaging, handling and related insurance costs and fees, which may include a profit. In the event that Customer returns goods permitted under the Return & Warranty Policy, customer shall insure, at customer's expense, all goods shipped in an amount at least equal to the unpaid purchase price of the goods.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment arrives damaged the Shipment must be refused if you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box. Should the shipment be accepted, you must note the damage on the courier's delivery record in accordance with the courier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a courier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
Concealed damage on a shipment must be reported within 7 days. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

ALTERATION OR ATTACHMENT TO GOODS
Any alteration, modification, addition, improvement or attachment to the goods ("Alteration") not authorized in writing by us shall be solely at your expense and risk. In the event of any such unauthorized Alterations, any warranty, including without limitation any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness of use that may be implied despite our express disclaimer of any such warranty, shall be deemed waived by you and shall be null and void, and we shall have no obligation to you under any such warranty, nor will you be entitled to return altered goods at any time, to the greatest extent permissible under applicable law.
